Roster preparation for February 2019

Please use the form below to indicate which weekends in January you are available to volunteer and also the maximum number of weekends that you actually want to go out. Your form needs to be submitted as soon as possible.
Remember, you can do your trap checks any time between the Friday morning and Monday afternoon of your allocated weekend. Please collect your packs of equipment and your data sheet from the Cougar Line office on the Picton Foreshore. Please return them, with your completed data sheet, to the Cougar Line Office before Tuesday midday.
If you think you have caught a mustelid (weasel or stoat), please bring the carcass back if it is not too decomposed and let Siobain know straight away. Thank you!
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
We have changed our systems a little. Each volunteer will now have their own personal pack (containing bag, high viz vest, gardening gloves, screwdriver, pencil, toothbrush, notebook if desired, DNA sample kit if desired). When you have completed your Volunteer Agreement you will be issued with your personal pack. Please contact Siobain to arrange doing this.
All Line Kits are now labelled with the track name and include laminated map and ID chart, peanut butter lure, DOC200 lure, spare trap, spare flagging tape and spare U-shaped pin.
Thank you so much for your help.
